Are we soulmates?

  • Are we a good match?

    Let’s see if we’re a great client/service provider match!

First of all, my studio is private, and if you’re looking for a fun and exciting shop experience with lots of noise, you might be disappointed by the calm atmosphere.

One-on-one service means I can give your project my full attention. However, if you’re uncomfortable in such a setting, please feel free to explore other options.

You’re welcome to bring a friend if you’d like, and if you need to bring your child along in a pinch, I’m flexible with that as well.

  • introvert? ADHD? PERSONALITY DISORDER?

Are you a self-proclaimed introvert or shy? You’re my perfect client!

I’m an introvert myself but have adapted to being more extroverted after working with clients for over 20 years.

Naturally, I tend to be quiet—except when I’m talking to myself when no one’s around. I’m a space cadet at heart, but also friendly and nice. You’ll feel at ease working with me.

I’m pretty ADHD myself, so I totally understand anyone dealing with the usual symptoms. You don’t have to explain your quirks.

If you have any type of so-called personality disorder and feel uncomfortable being around people because you might slip up, rest assured—I welcome you and all your unique personality traits. You can ghost me anytime and come back whenever you feel ready.

If you’re going through a tough time, feeling depressed, or having thoughts of not wanting to exist on the day of your appointment, just let me know. I’ve got you. I’ve gone through the dark night of the soul myself and still have more shadow work to do, so I’m familiar with this territory. (Though, I may still charge a cancellation fee.)

  • my music preference

Sometimes, I prefer to work without music during a tattoo session. Other times, the music I choose might include Classical, Jazz, Drum & Bass, Solfeggio frequency sounds, lo-fi, or even Clutch. I’m also a fan of metal, hardcore, and street punk from the '70s to the '90s.

  • Chat or not to chat

Feel free to bring your earbuds to listen to your podcast, catch up on shows, or even game during your session.

You’re not required to make small talk if you’d rather not, but you’re also welcome to talk my ears off if you feel like it. I like listening to stories!

I love talking about psychology, the human shadow, philosophy (though I’m probably a bit rusty on this subject), or anything spiritual or metaphysical—whether it’s religion of all kinds, yoga, zen, spiritual teachers (Buddha, Jesus, Osho, Gurdjieff, Eckhart Tolle, Bashar, Alan Watts, Mufti Menk, etc.) magic, universal law, God with a big G or little g, ancient civilizations, different theories about reality, the holographic universe, fractal universes, reincarnation, or even fashion, culture, world economy, crypto, finance markets, trauma dump, gossip, your party experiences, motorcycles, or anything else that sparks curiosity.

I’m also a psychonaut, so if you want to share a trip report, feel free! I can keep up with conversations about Metatron, dragons, planets, heaven or hell, the primordial beginning of time, or even specific Greek deities.

  • EMOTIONS & CRYING

Sometimes, we all get triggered during a tattoo session—I’ve been there myself. Breakup tattoos are definitely a thing!

For some, tattooing serves as a ceremonial or ritualistic permission slip to transform emotional pain into physical pain, giving it a new form. Others use the physical pain as a way to release and detach from their emotional pain, incorporating tattooing into their process of coping with loss or as part of their grieving journey.

All of this is completely normal and happens more often than you might think. I’m quite used to it, even from my own personal experiences. So, there’s no need to feel embarrassed if you find yourself getting emotional or shedding a few tears during your session.

  • indecisive, picky or intimidated?

If you’ve ever felt like your last tattoo artist was annoyed by your crazy design requests, I’m probably the person for you. I’ll sit with you and help you figure out exactly what you want to get tattooed. I’m happy to explore different options with you and incorporate them into your design.

If you’re feeling intimidated about making an appointment because you’re unsure of the design and need someone to hold your hand through the process, I’m here for that too. My approach is very beginner-friendly. You can always move on to other artists once you’ve gained confidence and feel comfortable talking to the more "mean mug" expensive ones. Don’t worry, I’m not possessive.

Most of my clients are repeat clients, and some have allowed me to work on their tattoos for over 18 years. I truly love and appreciate all the support and friendships I’ve built along the way.
